I had been looking everywhere for a cork yoga wheel & cork blocks bundle & I’m glad I found it. I couldn’t tell from the reviews or description how big the blocks were, so I went ahead and ordered it. The blocks are 9x6x3 so they’re not as tall as studio blocks which are 9x6x4. While this might not be a deal breaker, I am disappointed that these dimensions weren’t given in the description. Because I probably would have purchased these items separately had I known. This is a Christmas gift, so it might get returned after all. It is quite beautiful. The design is printed on a very thin layer of cork then glued onto a thin pad for cushion onto the wheel. The wheel itself is wooden and seems sturdy. The blocks have the same printed design on them. The blocks are heavy & seem sturdy although that one inch difference is bordering me since I was really looking for the 9x6x4 inch height. It does come with directions on how to use the wheel & the strap is just like the picture all beautiful with rich deep color. I’d say this is a great gift option for the yogi in your life!

I initially ordered this wheel because I thought I could incorporate it into my Yoga practice. However, many of the poses included in the book aren't that useful. I don't find its wide enough to do "rolling crunches," however, it is soo comfortable and great for stretching out my back. Relieves tension and overall is just amazing. Wouldn't be willing to go without it.

I'm fat, 46, I don't do yoga, I'm not that flexible, I'm actually pretty stiff, but with that said I was able to use this to stretch out my back. I gradually improved my poses, stretches and the balance time. When I was done my back felt amazing and my bones wouldn't stop cracking lol which is actually a good sign that I released some tension!! I love this!!

It works just as well as most of these wheels do but has a nicer look and feel. It's sturdy and doesn't feel like it'll break anytime soon, the padding also isn't showing signs of wear and tear after months of use. Side note: it was being used on a yoga mat and few times on laminate flooring.

These blocks, strap, and wheel are great. I ordered them for yoga obviously, but mainly just the blocks and straps were of interest and that’s what gets the most use. As a deal it was far cheaper than ordering a wheel separately and I will use the wheel more I imagine the longer I have it. The wheel comes with a miniature book with a few poses of how it can be used. The blocks are of good quality as is the strap. The wheel is too and can hold at least 175 lbs. no problem. I’ve sat on my feet and balanced on it. Overall a great deal if you plan on using them.

I really like the product I thought it had more height because I’m a tall person so it’s really not very helpful in warrior or squatting poses because it takes me to low. But it’s excellent for backbends and that’s been really good for my lower back. My only criticism and the reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because the brochure although it looks really nice and it has great photos clearly was done by someone whose English is not their first language. I would suggest that in the future when you redo your brochure that you hire a professional native English speaker to write the descriptions for the poses. I’d be happy to offer you my services. Clear-cut descriptions for yoga poses is very important and makes all the difference.

I have seen these used by other yoga practitioners and was curious to try. I fund the bamboo a bit hard on the back - especially if you do have 'back issues' so i would caution buyers with this. I wonder if the other manmade materials would have more 'give'? But I am learning to use this - a nice little instruction booklet comes with it - evidently this device has its own 'yoga practices' designed for it. I might not reccomend to most due to the hardness. Coukd possibly make things worse if the user isn't very careful. It looks impressive though! Ha.

Any yoga wheel will do the trick if it is sturdy enough, but I’ve never seen one as pretty as this. Made with wood and cork with a beautiful design. It looks wonderful in my yoga room!

Very high-quality, aesthetically pleasing and the book really helps to suggest new poses and exercises. I had a really intense workout with this the first time!
