I originally tried this on a HP ZBook with Thunderbolt 3 connection and a usb keyboard, wireless mouse, and HDMI monitor. The mouse would often drag and just made using the computer frustrating. I had another laptop with a usb-c port. In this case the usb keyboard and wireless mouse worked fine but the HDMI video was not supported by the laptop.It was about this time that I received an email from the seller and I explained the issues I was having. They were very supportive and looked up the specs on both my laptops and informed me that neither one was going to likely work and suggested I return it.Ultimately, I was able to find an older wired mouse that works fine. For the price of the unit it wasn't worth returning. And even though it didn't work exactly how I'd hoped, the quality of customer service I received more than made up for it.

Very compact & lightweight. I use this for my HDMI monitor & the picture is very clear! I also use the USB side for my wireless mouse & keyboard. The connection is in real time (no lag) & smooth.It gets warm but that’s normal and it isn’t burning hot nor does it make any sound. Overall, the value you get is really good & I am very happy with this purchase. Perfect for your at home office!

Dongle works as advertised, transferring video from my device to an external display. Portability/light weight is also a nice feature, though I wish it was flush to the USB C port as opposed to being a unit attached by cable. The ability to transfer power would have been a nice feature to have as well. All in all, a worthwhile purchase.

I own a brand new samsung galaxy with i7 processor. Needed a hub that could support external monitor (hdmi) plus a couple usb ports. It connects my external monitor without problem but when I plug in usb flash drives or even a unifying receiver for my mouse and keyboard, will not work. I read other reviews and thought maybe it was an issue of how old/new the laptop is but again I have 11th gen Intel Core i7 processor that I bought 1 month ago so i think i am pretty sure it is an issue with the product not my laptop.

Received this 4 in 1 USP c hub as requested. The outer shell is solid and it is compact - fits in your pocket. It also is performing as advertised since many laptops do not come with many ports. I plugged it into another hub and it worked fine for my pc laptop. I would recommend this product

I didn’t want ports that I didn’t need, which would increase the size of the device.I like that is a metal housing, less likely to crack if abused while in my backpack.I also like that this isn’t attached to my computer frame. I get nervous about those larger ones damaging my computers USB-C ports. This is just a flexible cord.Dislikes:Honestly none. Been using for a few weeks and still very happy with it.I recommend this product.

This device is perfect for me and for every one who needs to connect multiple USBs, HDMI to MacBook or iPads. I am using this 4 in 1 type C Hub with my MacBook pro and its performance is really amazing. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend other to go for this because this is the best possible option with quite reasonable price. Although, I had plethora of options at the time of purchasing but I am satisfied with my decision to go with this particular one.

This device solves a number of issues - if your laptop places the HDMI tight up against one of the only two USB ports so that it interferes with other peripherals, then this is the adapter for you. If you need an extra USB or an extra HDMI, then this is the adapter for you. It simply works and works well. Almost instantly recognized by Windows, there was literally no configuration necessary. Highly recommended.
