Before you read this review it may be important for you to know that I was not sent this product for free and it was not sent to me for the review. I was simply just looking for a new headset. With that in mind... please keep reading.I read all of the reviews on this before purchasing this. I wanted a cheap alternative to getting a Bluetooth headset. I also wanted a pink headset as I think traditional colors are all too boring. And this is different.To start this is not to most user friendly headset I've ever purchased. There is literally only one button on the headset. With this button you have the on/off, pairing, and call answer/call end. There is no volume button, however the volume can easily be controlled on your phone.The hardest part for me was realizing that I had to charge both the battery and the ear piece. For whatever reason i couldn't get the big battery and the earpiece to charge at the same time. But after the initial charging it was rather easy.Pairing was also a little difficult. If you want to pair with a new device you have to shut off the. Bluetooth earpiece and then hold the button until it says "power on" and then keep pushing the button until it says "pairing" after that, you are golden!As far as the actual listening, phone calls, and the overall sound of the earpiece, it's fantastic! It is clear and crisp and volume is controlled with phone.So minus the difficult set up, this product is great! Especially for the cost.

My main complaint about the headset is that it doesn't sit in the ear perfectly and tends to pop out if I turn my head. It works for quick phone calls, but I feel like the earpiece could be better contoured. Audio quality is good and battery life is sufficient. I do like the function of it turning on and off when taking it out of the unit and placing it back in.

I loved this for 3 weeks. The only complaint I had with them was the limited battery life, but it was so small that it wasn't unexpected. Then it suddenly refused to charge. No matter how many times I charged the powerbank, the earpiece absolutely would not charge. I believe it is a design flaw. Thankfully it was still within my return window!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of sound from this headset. I use it to listen to music on my phone while at work and it actually lasts a long time! I get probably 4 or more hours before i have to charge it, and then charging is as simple as popping the headset into the charging base. It is a bonus that you can use the charging base to charge your phone in a pinch, though it doesn't have a large amount of "juice" to give a phone.
