Commercial Quality!I was quite surprised by the weight and dimensions of the handrail.It is 2 inches in diameter with what looks like cast attachment fixtures.All the joints are completely seamless and the entire thing looks fantastic.It came with heavy duty stainless steel fasteners for attaching to masonry for both flanges. I didn't use them as my handrail was attached to wood.I bought 2 handrails and I am VERY pleased with them.I was kind of taking a chance since there were no reviews of this handrail but glad I did.

The fabricator did not weld the SS rails sufficently to be used. The welds broke at the floor where it was anchored, and at the wall where the top end was lagged into wall. If you do buy they, take to a fabricator/welder to make them strong enough to be safe.

The railing arrived damaged. The base for attaching to the step is bent. In addition the bolts to attach the two parts are not long enough to secure ( short by 1/2"). A pity that this is the case because the railing looks well thought out and the price was reasonable

Bottom flange was received bent. Also, the screws that go through the pivot pieces are too short. Also no directions are included.

Fairly simple and straight forward. Welded joints are somewhat heat distorted, already beginning to rust. Bag of fittings is worthless. The two SS bolts with acorn nuts for the joints are too short, can get about one thread started. The rest of bolts provided are too big, low grade mild steel (aka weak and rust) and I rarely use lag bolts, and never use those big old fashion concrete anchors that always work loose.

Used this for outside stairs of deck. Super easy to install and looks great. Went to order another and it's unavailable. So disappointed as it was exactly the right size.

Would have given this 5 stars except it did not come with instructions for installing/ mounting. It was trial and error and a trip to the hardware store for additional mounting hardware. But once we got it installed, I love it. It is very sturdy and just what I was hoping for.
