Not as advertised not hay more like cheap room spray
I received and opened this today it’s awful and not as advertised. I tried to process a return and it says this item can not be returned. What’s worse is that this morning I decided to go ahead and order another for a friend who also loves hay. I can’t cancel that order either. I used to love Amazon but here lately the customer service sucks and I’ve fallen victim to more than one scam on here.
