Hybeam HB-500 Ultra-Bright 500 Lumens LED Tactical Flashlight with Three Modes, Adjustable Zoom, Rechargeable Battery, Car and Wall Chargers, and Carrying Case

I bought this item as a gift for a friend, and though there was a tiny issue upon arrival (so tiny I considered it quite trivial!) my friend was completely thrilled with the flashlight!! The Survival Life Team (social relations staff), is completely AMAZING!. First, they sent me a preemptive email inquiring of my satisfaction and any questions/concerns I might have the day after the product was delivered.[The email also contained further detailed instructions about the flashlight as well as basic care instructions.] As I was curious and hoping to confirm the battery model (18650), I responded with my inquiry, and also informed them of the small delivery issue (I can place no fault with the company as I had ordered many items and had them shipped together). Not only did Cathy and Lara ( thank you guys!) answer my questions, they also went ABOVE AND BEYOND to insure my satisfaction with my purchase. By far, they have given me my best customer relations experience in the many years I have ordered from Amazon:-)The Flash Light- PROS and CONSMy friend and I tested the product as best we could with what we had on hand. The battery does NOT come charged and will take 8-10 hours for a FULL charge, if you wish for the best results possible. However, if you just wish to do a quick test like we did you can plug it in and the light will work immediately for you. While the spokes and glass breaker are covered, you might want to tighten the covers as they will be slightly loose. The spokes are crazy sharp and thick so be careful!! This is NOT a toy. The spokes are a great defensive measure if needed and can easily gouge through clothing/fur quite effortlessly. The glass breaker is of good size and solid, and with small to medium force,will be able to breakthrough glass. Now to the light itself, you have 3 settings that you twist the head to change. The light is VERY bright and I highly urge you to not look directly into it! Another defensive measure at your disposal and should be used responsibly. The wide beam gives a broad radius of light for you to take in as much as possible. The second setting, is more like a pinpoint....much narrower and will reflect "slightly" off of surrounding objects while still focusing on what you want. The third setting was the most fun to test :-) and I assume it is the setting the light is named after Hybeam. It offers you a square-ish focal point design, and if used in a darker setting, turns your flashlight into a freaking LIGHTSABER!!! lol Was awesome to test and my friend was totally hyped with the gift. I'll personally make sure that my flashlight needs return me to this company in the future. And finally, the BEST part...the company offers a LIFE-TIME WARRANTY guarantee should your light malfunction in any way due to normal use. Give it a chance and be happy. (I totally want on now lol)

Really pleased with this flashlight. What sold me was the tactical style bezel. Besides being a very efficient and bright flashlight this could be a usable defense weapon if necessary. I bought one for every member of my family. Very well made for the money, has a long lasting charge, high, medium and strobe settings and comes with battery and charger in nice storage box.

Ordered three of these. They are great and all three men liked them. However, one of the cases was damaged and we are going to requesta replacement case from Hybeam. Rec'd correspondence from Hybeam promptly offering any assistance needed. Appears to be a good company to do business with. One thing to keep in mind, it takes a long time, up to 24 hrs to get them fully charged and operable. .

This is a Replacement Due to that my First one was Stolen.Well first of All.... it's more than just a Flashlight. It's front Bezel(Crown) is very sharp and have few points. It's use is for Self Defense. Second.... when you Remove the End Cap. It has a Sharp Point at the End that can be used as a Glass breaker thus another Self Defense Tool as Well. This has a Rechargeable Lithium Battery. It Beams a very Bright Blinding Light. It does have different Light Modes from Low light to High light and Stroke.I do Recommend this to have one for Practical use thus Self Defense. I will use this for Different Applications such as Security, Hunting, etc...

I had ordered one at first, and showed my husband and brother, they loved them, so for Fathers Day I had to sneek and order 2 more they kept saying they were going to try to order them one, so I told them you were out of them right now hehehe, when I gave them the flash light, well they were 2 happy men, as for me I love my HYBEAM HB 500, best flashlight ever, thank you so much.

Got this light in & was amazed at the workmanship & materials that were used ! Great light to carry in car or pickup ! Can see it coming in real handy ! Would recommend this light to anyone wanting a Great rechargeable light & a Great survival light ! It is both ! Love it & am thinking about getting another for my wife's car ! Great Value !
