Great chocolate! Tastes exactly like chocolate with sugar. The only downside is that there are only a few of chocolates in a package. Wish there was more!

These are awful. I've had a lot of dairy free and gluten free chocolate and these are by far the worst I've ever had. They taste like wax and have no chocolate flavor at all, much less a dark chocolate flavor. I bought 3 different kinds (pretzels, almonds and wafers) and threw them all away. You know candy/chocolate is bad when I have to throw it in the garbage (probably a first for me!)

Rather bland, sweet tasting chocolate for 72% dark, and too expensive per piece!

My husband gave me three varieties of TRU Chocolate products for Valentine's Day. Very nice packaging, lovely chocolates, and I appreciate no gluten or lactose. However, there is also no flavor. They do not taste bad, they just don't have any flavor to them.

Taste great but I couldn't believe how expensive it was for only eight pieces!

Reading the reviews, I see that several different products are lumped in here. I bought the WAFERS and they are excellent. The chocolate flavor, though not as strong as many dark chocolate candies, is very good and real. And the sweetness tastes and feels (in blood glucose terms) very natural. We enjoy these WAFERS very much and will now buy them on a regular basis. Just wanted to mention, though, that I could see how the experience with other products (chocolate-covered pretzels) and so on may not be the same. It takes a particular chocolate to eat in combination with other things, as opposed to as a stand-alone piece of chocolate candy. So, give the WAFERS a try if you want to have a good test of whether this chocolate is for you!

From one dark chocolate lover to another— this is the worst dark chocolate I’ve had the displeasure of tasting.Somehow it is watery, and rather than bittersweet, it was bland.Really hard to keep it down. Terrible terrible chocolate.

I have been using TRU Chocolate since it first appeared on the market over 10 years ago, it is an amazing product to support my healthy eating and desire for a treat in my healthy eating mission. Over the past years I have lost and continue to maintain 100 lbs not "because" of TRU Chocolate but definitely with the help of it's guilt free ingredients and best of all no sugar as that is one of my problems.....I was addicted to sugar. It is a mainstay for my lifestyle of no guilt eating with enjoyment.
