Everything you need to entertain at an affordable price. My only complaint is with the sturdiness of the water pans. They are difficult to empty after using as they collapse with the weight of the water. Easy enough to remedy this by just purchasing heavy duty pans. Otherwise I was very pleased

Initially started to return. I thought I would not need them. The company was very helpful. I ended up keeping them and used them on Thanksgiving. These kept the food hot and everyone was happy. I would suggest doubling the smaller inserts for stability. They send one insert for each food to be heated. I will always order these for family gatherings.
