Q: So exactly how many of skin closures are in one package? If I order one, does it contain 3*20 so 60 strips?

My order was 20 packets of 3 each. Hint: clean area with alcohol before applying strips as they will adhere to the skin better

Q: Could these used for hiking blisters, preventive or to cover once there?

Steri Strips are mainly used to close cuts in place of stitches. It is not made for blister prevention or after it is formed.

Q: will these strips fall off by themselves after a few days?

oh, yes. They can stay on for a few days to a couple of weeks. they usually start peeling at the corners.

Q: What's the expiration date?

expiration date - 10/2018 - however, I have used steri-strips 10 years past exp date and worked well.
