Happy Owner
I LOVE this thing, and two strangers and one policeman have rolled down their windows to inquire. I can ride for hours on a charge, and I tend to zoom around town at full speed in bike lanes and on bike paths. I have travelled over pavement, railroad crossings, paths made of wood chips, gravel and fairly level lawn/grassy areas without problem. I love riding it standing. I added a nice sounding bell, as the horn is rather an annoying buzz, and it definitely needs a rear view mirror for safety riding in bike lanes near traffic. I also added a flashing taillight. The throttle was not spring loaded when I started riding it, and as it can be described as a zippy ride, I thought that dangerous and called the customer service number in my manual, and got an immediate response that helped me to resolve the issue quickly (the handlebar got jammed against it in shipping and was able to pull it out relieving the pressure and allowing the spring on the throttle to operate as it should). I thought customer service was fantastic. A two year extended warranty was offered for a reasonable price, and I purchased. Got mine within a week of ordering and with free shipping.

Good scooter, easy to drive, comfortable to ride. We use it at the campgrounds. Fast shipping, the battery lasts a long time. I highly recommend this

Great Scooter
I have had mine for 1 year now and I weigh 270lbs. Mine is primarily used for amusement parks like Disneyland. Battery lasts me all day and the higher seat gives me a better view than the lower scooters. It navigates easily in the shopping areas and turns on a dime. The 2 speed function is great to have as most security a tee becoming more familiar with recreational scooters and have asked if the speed has been lowered. I have added a mountain bike post, stem and handlebars for added strength, 2 48 volt offroad single LED lights, a bike rack mounted on the seat post facing forward with a nice storage bag and soft coolers on each side for additional storage/ refreshments. With my weight at top speed on a level surface a CHP clocked me at 19mph top speed so not bad for a 48 volt system. The only drawback is the drum brake as a disc brake found on others is far more effective if you need to stop quickly. I would definitely recommend this scooter for those who have issues with walking long distances or for RV park use as it folds down easily and rather compact.

fast, manuverable, you sit high, out of the "fart" zone, batteies lasts all day long and some.
I have MS and walking is very difficult for me. This scooter is a life saver! Even has reverse alhough I dont see it mentioned anywhere? Nice surprise. Even has a parking brake. (again, not mentioned) That is my complaint.very fast compared to most handicap scooters, which I like. Brake should be a disc considering the speeds it will attain but is adaquate.I have had a 350 version for almost ten years, airport trashed it. bought the 500 a year ago loveit, but the all terrain tires are not as good for cornering, but are better for traction.I use the 350 around the house (reagular tires) and the 500 to go to the store and to visit my niehbors. The four batteries placed low and in the center gives good stability and center of gravity. Not for children. will turn around in its own space, very manuverable. Great for crowded venues! No issues.
