I purchased these to go behind the curtain behind the head table for our wedding. I was trying not to spend a massive amount on decor, and I purchased them used from Amazon, figuring that if they didn't work, it wouldn't really matter (we could go without). Taking the lights out of the package, each individual strand was bunched together and twist-tied. Unfortunately, that did not make it any easier to get them apart. I spent probably a half hour untangling the lights (I ordered 3 strands). All of the lights worked, and there are multiple settings for twinkling, flashing, steady, etc. We had a 29 ft. curtain and only used 2 of the strands of lights.The lights work and look great, which is what is most important. However, there is no way to store them without tangling them up again, so each and every time you take them out to use, you have to take the time to get them untangled. The other major downfall is that the strands DO NOT plug into each other. I had seen conflicting information in reviews and asked the question, and unfortunately was given a wrong answer by another reviewer. We had to use 2 extension cords in order to plug them in, which was a huge pain. They would be so much better if they plugged into one another!Overall, I definitely would purchase these again, if I could get them used (I only paid $6.70 for each strand). I would not pay the full listing price for these. I found others online when I was shopping around for a similar price or cheaper that plugged into one another.

2 strands on 2 sets don't light and one set doesn't come in at allOther than that they are beautiful

I ordered 7 boxes of these for our prom. They looked amazing while lit. But with one box a few of the strands would not work. And after you use them, they are near to impossible to store without them tangling up. So reusing them will be a problem for sure.

These were easy enough to install and unwind - but they are LONG. Like, unless you NEED 9ft tall lights, you might want to only unwind the individual strands partway. I used these to make a headboard and doubled the lengths up to get more lights per square foot. It doesn't smell weird, I didn't have any electrical issues; just wish it had an "off" mode to go with the other 8 light cycles. For now, I'm just unplugging it when not in use.

These twinkle perfectly and I wish I had reasons to have more of them!

This brightens the atmosphere of a room with a soft white star-like light, but three led lights on one string have gone out within the month.
