I like this bed wedge pillow, because there are several ways it can be set up. Currently, postop knee surgery, I am able to elevate my legs even lying on my side while I sleep at night. There is a low setting for elevation and a high setting. I haven't yet used it as a head, neck, shoulder support pilolow for reading, but I plan to do that soon. The cover is zipped on and can be removed for washing on the gentle cycle in a washing machine. Good value for money.
