They are exactly as pictured. I got a lot of compliments on the balloons. They lasted a few weeks after filled with helium.

Very good set, have everything

A couple of the spirals were missing chunks out of them and broken so we couldn't even use them. Took me about 30 minutes to put the spirals and shapes together. They held up okay to the crazy 5 year old's and the banner looked great!

The reason I gave it a 3 its because I had to put every piece together myself literally. I had to take apart all the plastic pieces and then add them to the decorations. It made everything take longer than it needed to. Otherwise I would have given it 5.

This is, by far, the worst party decoration kit I've ever bought. Nothing is put together (even though the title and description both indicate that they are). The spirals all came stuck together and with the colors bleeding on each other. The material is weak and bent. The spirals came with little pieces of plastic that don't fit through the holes and no way to hang them. save your money and buy something else.

Lots in the package but have to string up the letters to make the banner yourself other than that it’s great

Read description carefully, nothing is assembled. You have to put together and string the banner, all the hanging figures are not put together and it does not come with everything it showed. Very disappointed.
