Durable yarn for a blanket
I am crocheting a baby blanket, using a waffle stitch. I am a little more than half done and have used 11 skeins so far. The yarn isn't real smooth to work with. But it's beautiful yarn and is very durable. Not an inexpensive project, but I still feel it's worth it.

Very soft material
I bought this to knit a blanket for our baby girl. The material is very soft and the color is very light so it looks beautiful.

Cute colour
I love it. I buy a ton of bernat blanket yarn. I love the softness, the quality, and the thickness. I actually have several colours of bernat blanket yarn and use them often. This is the brand I look for. I like to use it to make little stuffed dolls

Great Baby or Toy Yarn if a bit Pricey
Normally, I don't buy yarn on Amazon, because it costs a bit more than in a brick-and-mortar store. However, since Covid hit, my husband is trying to keep me out of the stores. So I'm forced to buy yarn online. I bought this ball to complete a project for my Etsy store that had already been ordered, so I needed it right away and it did come quickly. It's very good baby blanket, or baby toy yarn. It doesn't fray or shed the way some chenille-type yarns can. It smells fresh and clean, no chemical odor. Be aware that you will need more hanks of this yarn than you would think. It is quite bulky, so what looks like a lot of yarn is really not so much yardage, since the bulk makes it look big, not the length. Am I making sense to you? In other words, one ball will make one little baby toy. If you are making a full-size plush animal, you'll need two or three skeins. If you are making a baby blanket, I'm thinking 6 skeins. Finished projects with this yarn are so soft and pretty!

Smaller skein than expected
I'm not familiar with how large the size of a skein should be by the amount of yards, but the pictures make it look like a normal skein from hobby lobby. OTHER THAN THAT, it is so easy to use. Feels very plush, it makes me want to crochet a stuffed duck....

Dirty mark under label & knotted join halfway through.
Mixed feeling on this. It’s a cheap price for a lovely soft, pretty coloured yarn. It doesn’t fray and it’s been easy to crochet with. It was however dirty and needed that mark cutting out and then mid project I discovered a knot where it had been joined. So I managed to work around this but be warned!

Very heavy to work with
I bought this wool to make a baby blanket. I'ts very heavy to work with, doesn't go that far, usually a 100grm ball would be sufficient. I needed 2. If the poor baby was to have a jacket made out of this, it would be too heavy for a small baby to wear.

Lovely soft chunky wool, for crochet and knitting.
Lovely soft wool. Good chunky guage. Used for both crochet and knitting and the wool worked up lovely for both... Used for making a blanket and a Teddy bear. Both are lovely and soft, and held their shape, even after being washed.Would recommend, and will use again.

Good quality
Wool quality and packaging all good, nice and soft, wish I'd ordered more but the time scale to arrive was long but to be expected since its USA. Will buy again, for another project.
