HONIgnition 2.0 Mesh Back Task Chair (Black/Black)

I’ve had this for about 2 months now and still love it. When I realized working from home is going to continue I emailed my colleague who does our office supply ordering to find out brand/model of my chair at work that I love so much, she told me and I searched on line for it, I found this one which was expensive but still reasonable and thought about it, then I went to a local office supply store to try out chairs and the only one I quasi felt was comfortable was $50 more than this one, so I went home and ordered it as an early holiday gift for myself. It arrived quicker than expected, and we had no problems assembling it. I’m beyond satisfied with this chair, it’s identical to the one at work but for less $ and arm adjustments and lumbar support are great! The seat cushion to is very comfortable even when I work 8-10 hour days. Very glad I finally have a comfortable home office chair, again might be pricey but worth every penny as it is well made and durable, should last me a long while!

Just bought this chair for COVID WFH. Definitely pricier than alternatives but I love it. I plan on keeping it for as long as I can. Took only a few minutes to set up. It's quite comfortable for me ( big frame 6'1" 240lbs). Seat is firm yet comfortable and back support is good too. It doesn't lean back much but it's adequate for moving around while sitting. I am very happy with it. Made in USA too.

The armrests are so far back and low that they can't be used when typing.

This is the second chair I purchased in less than a year. The first one was not made by HON. It cost less and it turned out to be junk. I spent a little more on this chair and I love it. It was easy to put together and it is a solid comfortable chair. I agree with the other reviews about the packaging. It is not good. I don't know why they don't fix that? My chair was missing a small plastic cover on the left arm side. The chair functions fine. I called HON and they sent me two new arms. The arms on my model were updated so they just sent two new arms. The company support was great and you can actually talk to someone there. I would buy another one in the future.

The last thing I expected from an expensive chair was to cut deep into my heel and cause me injury!I write this review to make customers like myself aware of the potential risk of injury by this defective product.After only using this chair for a couple of hours, the edge of the base (where it connects to casters) cut deep into my upper left heel. After closer examination I observed that the edges of the base are very sharp and that is why it easily cut my heel. It is a very dangerous product specially when working from home barefoot. Beware that as per HON's customer service most of their seating lines share the same base.I could not post the pictures of my foot injury due to Amazon review guidelines.I indicated the defective parts in the pictures.
