Good transfer. Thick lines.
This pen transfers beautifully. I am happy to have it. My only complaint is that the tip is too wide. If the pen weren't permanent this wouldn't be a problem, but as it is, the thick lines must be completely covered. This may work fine for machine embroidery, I don't know as I haven't tried that. I do know that for hand work I like to have finer lines for certain designs. I was expecting this problem as there is at least another review that mentions it. That said, I had hoped it wouldn't be quite as thick as it is.As I said in the beginning, the pen transfers beautifully, in fact easier than the iron on transfers one can buy.

Don't bother...
Does not do fine lines. Despite my best efforts to draw delicate lines for embroidery, it was unable to work successfully. It does transfer well... in fact, a little too well. The transfer went through my fabric (while ironing) and now I have my print on my ironing mat even with two layers of fabric. Tried to return it, but they wouldn't let me.

I'm not happy with it
It makes a thick line and bleeds. I'm not happy with it. I prefer a finer pencil-like line.

Works as stated, bit darker than expected
This pen worked just fine. I used vellum to trace over my design and then ironed it onto my fabric. The only problem is that the ink in the pen was a darker blue than I was expecting and since I am embroidering my pattern on white material with white thread it was hard to cover the darker lines (I will try drawing lighter the next time and it'll probably work better for my needs)
