Works great
Pills are large but easy to swallow. Works well in maintaining blood sugar and keeping me full through out the day.

It’s just okay. Doesn’t work as well as the granules
I got this as a supplement for the 10-day detox diet as I couldn’t swallow the granules very well. It doesn’t do as well with hunger and fullness as the granules version, but does okay. It’s just an okay product. Be aware that if you order too much you’re stuck with the excess even if you haven’t opened the bottle. As the detox diet actually carries on in a modified form for another 6 weeks, I’ll be able to get through these I think!
