This headset has a lot of great features. Essentially it’s everything you want in a work headset. The intelligent flip to mute feature is perfect for your mid-call, quick mute situations. And the noise cancellation blocks out all background noise through the mic. Coupled with battery life to get you through a long workday, Overall it’s a great headset.The other great thing I want to mention is yea link customer service and technical support. I have dealt with an annoying issues with the audio sound on my headset, and while technical support is unable to determine what the cause of it is, yet, they are very quick to respond to my support request. They are genuinely interested in determining what’s wrong and very interesting in my feedback. Customer service reached out to me directly to make sure the issue was being addressed and in making sure I was satisfied.

**Updating my review after reaching out to seller. Unfortunately the base of my headset died after less than three months and after all of the trouble shooting, it still wouldn't work. Disappointed because it was a great headset. I could join meetings and get up to grab coffee/water or sit outside on the patio for some fresh air and I was still connected to my meeting. I could even walk across the street to check the mail and was still connected. Customer service was responsive , understanding and resolved the issue. Great addition to my office, cancels tv and other background noise so this is perfect for a home office.

This head set was working great for the month I had it and then people could not hear me on every call I make. Very disappointed. Will be reaching out to there customer service department.

This headset has great range, sound quality and it’s very comfortable. In the picture it looks heavy but it’s very lightweight. The microphone is clear and swings out of the way when you’re not on a call. Highly recommend!

I loved the headset, the base could be bulky but the sound quality and noise cancellation was amazing! after I updated my headset the microphone completely stopped working without warning, I can hear just fine but can not be heard. I am trying my best to have the matter settled but the extra protection I purchased is giving me the run-a-round saying it may be still under the seller's warranty when it clearly says 30 days and it has been 3 MONTHS!!!On 5/30/23 I shipped the headset back as instructed since the software they tried to correct the issue with did not work because it was outdated and unuseable. now its just a waiting game to see what will happen next.

Have several of these in the office and they work great and have a great range.

Like everything Yealink, it looks great but performs so so. I’d stay away from Yealink.
