I bought Tumeric because of its benefits for joint pain. It did not disappoint, and the pain is gone for now! The package arrived intact, and was packaged well. I would recommend this brand and seller.

I haven't had it long enough to give good comment but I have been taking turmeric powder in my morning smoothies for a long time. I'm thinkingthe capsules will be less messy

I take this every night along with my other supplements. Helps me with inflammation of my knees. So, if you are a nurse and on your feet like I am for a 12 hour intense shift I would recommend you get started on this.

The first surprise was when I opened the bottle & instead of the yucky "supplement" smell, there was a pleasant, slightly spicy fragrance! The second was that there is no stomach upset or aftertaste (unless I forget to eat - then it's just a slightly spicy burp but no burning or pain). The third surprise is that they really seem to work!I have osteoarthritis and even with a prescription drug and a glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supplement twice a day for decade, I still had constant knee & frequent hip and elbow pain. It kept the pain tolerable, but not gone and if I ran out of either one, I could hardly walk within a couple days.Within 3 days of taking turmeric supplements and cinnamon supplements together, but still taking the Rx and G/C/MSM, knee pain had become a lot less on a daily basis, and the hips and elbows stopped complaining at all unless I did something dumb. Within a month I had stopped taking the G/C/MSM and my knees even no longer hurt constantly! I'm still taking the Rx, but that and the turmeric and cinnamon is enough now for me to be comfortable. What a relief! Next step, to try to wean off the Rx.I got this at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion.

I have had an eye on turmeric supplements lately as I cannot always get fresh turmeric in the store, let alone fresh organic turmeric (which I have never seen) so I decided to look into Turmeric capsules and have been buying several lately. These are 350mg of organic turmeric powder, 150mg of turmeric extract, curcuma (Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant), and 5mg of black pepper per pill. As you may know black pepper is crucial. The reason for this is because without black pepper your body does not really absorb the Turmeric, so having black pepper in a capsule is key and this product has that. I like that they show the stats per pill so you can decide on how many pills to take (up to 3) with 120 pills in the container if you take 1 it will last a very long time but I will take at least 2 with a meal.I originally wanted to take turmeric supplements due to the superfood benefits (Turmeric Dramatically Increases The Antioxidant Capacity of The Body, Curcumin Boosts Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, Linked to Improved Brain Function and a Lower Risk of Brain Diseases, and cancer prevention) I did not realize it helped relieve joint pain which I have noticed (from taking other turmeric pills) after long hikes it does help relieve joint pain.I also love that it is made in the USA.
