First time buying this product. I've used my glass piece for 6 months without cleaning it. I bought this stuff and it worked really good! I would recommend this stuff! Great packaging, all in one kit!

Easy, simple, and glass hasn't been this clean since it was brand new. Where has this stuff been all my life???

Product came in quicker than expected and with everything describe. No damage and this product works amazingly just as described and my glass ware has no smell after use! Would definitely buy again.

I recently purchased a clear glass bong and played games with dishwasher cleaning, dish soap and alcohol, and even used Formula 409. Soap n alcohol worked okay but still not nice and sparkly clean after considerable time. Naturally turned to the internet to find a solution and this was my decision, there's others out there and this was my first time buying a cleaning product for my smoking materials but I will say that I find no need to look further, this stuff works very well and the citrus smell make that resin smell better as it dissolves. Great stuff!*****No 5 star only because I have nothing to compare with but it's a 5 star for me!!

I've used Formula 420 many times over the years. This time, I bought the kit. It came with two bottles of cleaner, one Original and one Soak 'n' Rinse. It also came with plugs to plug your holes when cleaning, and some silicone caps to cover holes when the plugs don't fit.Today, I used Soak N Rinse for the first time. And, as far as cleaning, it works GREAT and is incredibly easy.BUT...when I cleaned out my Gandalf style pipe, the plugs wouldn't fit. So, I used the silicone caps. I stretched one cap over the bowl and carb until it was fully sealed (tested it by filling the pipe with water to see if there was any leakage) and then filled the pipe with Soak N Rinse, as you're supposed to. I stood it on end in a coffee cup, so that it could stay vertical. When I went back to it to rinse it out, I found that the cleanser had EATEN HOLES IN THE CAP! On the back of the bottle, step 2 says to use the plugs and caps that it came with, so I know they're intended to be used together. But you can see in the pictures, that's clearly not a good idea.So the product works great! But...be careful.

As someone who owns a lot of glass pieces and has used every other brand from orange chronic to the purple one, I can honestly say that Formula 420 works better than all of them. Not sure if they use a better formula or slightly more coarse sand but when I was hugely impressed at how much better my glass pieces looked after using it compared to Orange Chronic.

Little to no care, I will be switching back to my previous brand. It was a mistake
