1/2 in. - Incandescent Rope Light Power Cord and Connector - Length 6 ft. - 2 Wire F1/F2

This cord did not fit my industry standard 1/2” 120 volt rope light very well. I had a large project where I needed 20 cords. Somehow I ran out and needed just ONE more. So I bought this one. The pins did not actually fit, I had to bend them quite a bit to get them to fit in line with the wires in the rope. The rope light also did not really fit into the actual connector and so it also did not screw down tight at all. I had to shove it in there and then electrical tape it so it would not come out. Also, it does have the “LED” rectifier box thing on there, so you know. Finally, The actual plug part has the thinnest plug blades I have ever seen. They are so thin that the plug does not even maintain a good connection to power, and also falls out VERY easy. I have tried multiple different power sources, it is loose on every single one. This is now most definitely , The weakest link in the whole project and will probably end up not working very well because of the Loose connection. However, I needed this final piece for a Halloween display and I do not feel like sending it back and waiting even longer for the display to be finished, otherwise it would definitely be going back. Life is full of regrets, this cord is one of mine.

For the sake of the little items on Amazon, this thing works, easy to connect, The only down side is it only comes in White and you probably shouldnt use it in the bath tub.

Finished off my rope light project good quality easy to install I only wish I could have got a shorter length as it is mounted in a crown molding & I had to shorten the length to one foot

Don't buy this if you need a power cord for a 1/2" incandescent rope light, the actual cord is for LED lights not incandescent and will not fit a 1/2" rope light it's actually 3/8 inch.

Wish the vendor had added a few end-of-run covers but a neatly placed piece of electrical tape should work just as well. Great product....perfect mood-setting brightness.

didnt work with my lights

I needed an Incandescent and this was for LED. Very frustrated with the invalid description.

received them in the time indicated and worked to replace the one I lost!
