Nice design but zero support.
Unit seems to function OK with my Asterisk box. Device Menus and on-screen displays are are not polished and are sometimes downright funky. Simple things, like the auto-insertion of dashes in numbers is very poorly done. Have not used it enough to have much other experience. Display is bright and clear.Came with only a "user" manual, which was not enough information to let me set it up on my network. The so-called "Admin" manual was listed on Moimstone's web page, but was not available for download. They never responded to any requests for help. (A trend I have noted).Fortunately, another reviewer gave out the default username and password which allowed me to access the web pages and configure it to connect to my asterisk server. The configuration pages attempt to be pretty and fancy but that just ends up detracting. Embedded devices should always have their config pages follow the K.I.S.S. principle..I give it high stars for mechanical design, medium starts for admin and user-facing menus and zero stars for manufacturer support.

Originally liked the phone but over time...
Basically I like the phone. The display is nice and the sound quality is good. Been having a problem that it will just lock up after a few days (have to take out the battery to reboot it). I'm also disappointed with the range. I have a ROKU WiFi streaming device that's 20 feet farther away from my router and it works reliably. The MWP1100A shows, at 20 feet closer, that its barely receiving a signal. I have to move my router so as to keep it from dropping its connection with the PBX.Update (12-24-16): I have (had) two of these phones. In both phones the batteries expand to the point where the battery cover will no longer fit (replacement batteries are $30). They both kept on locking up with the only solution was to remove the battery and reboot. I'm now looking for alternative solutions - its a shame since otherwise they were decent phones with good quality voice.

Zero documentation, poor menus/prompts, and dangerous network behavior.
This phone "sort of" worked. It was a complete pain in the rear to get configured as there was ZERO documentation!!! The website didn't even contain the instructions (as other responses to reviews have indicated.) To save anyone trouble trying, the TCP port to connect to is 8000 to configure it with the default credentials admin/9999. The text prompts are in very broken/poor English and in some cases extremely ambiguous.MORE IMPORTANTLY, as I was setting it up, I noticed through some firewall logs it was trying to communicate with a weird IP address. I looked it up and low and behold, it is an IP Address that comes back to the manufacture in South Korea! "Dialing home" is NOT okay when it comes to VOIP products!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!I returned mine.

Call quality is great, but extra features are a problem
As a previous reviewer mention, able to configure it with asterisk/freepbx. Call quality is great, but extra features are a problem. The phone does not easily show voicemails. The MWI(message waiting indicator) does not work. You have to drill down in the menus to messages/MWI to show message count. Then you have to dial the '*97' to get your messages. It would be nice to have the voicemail indicator shown on the home screen with a fast dial.

good but a challlenge
Instructions and help are difficult to find. Don't buy unless you know SIP phones.

Very Easy to Configure
I have configured wireless SIP phones in the past, but none of them have been as easy to set up as this device. Right out of the box you get solid paper documentation on how to configure the phone, plus administrative instructions are provided via the manufacturers website. Once the phone is on your network and has an IP, configure it for SIP use via the very nice web interface and you'll be setup in no time at all. Works just fine connected to an Asterisk-based server. I have not had any issues with the device. It is light and features a modern lithium battery pack. Screen brightness and colors are great, audio quality is very good while not HD. I can't speak to the durability, as it's in a desk location, but it does seem to be solidly built (if light-weight). The speaker seems to be loud enough.I took off one star for not having standard calling feature presets (Voicemail button, primarily). You can get around it by setting up your feature codes in the contact list instead, using the 'search' button for quick access from the home screen.Overall, great SIP phone!

Suprisingly Versitile
Pleasently suprises at the versatility. Currenly using this phone as an IP extension on a PBX. Took a little experimentation on the configuration but it works very well. Roams between APs without any issuss.

Had to be almost on top of an AP to get a decent WiFi signal, got it connected to our NEC DSX IP phone system and was able to make calls but was unable to get any sound from the other caller. Otherwise it worked ok but will be returning it and trying out some other WiFi phones
