Predicable But Enjoyable
In volume 1 of the series, the first Parker sibling is introduced, and the family's existence in a little coastal Georgia town is followed. It is written with women in mind and has a nice, pure romantic taste. It is also a rather quick read, with just over 150 pages altogether. The main character in this book is Kyle. He never thought he'd see Jenna again, and now here he is on her doorstep with a foreclosure notice. Now in a difficult situation, Kyle is unclear about what to do.It's a straightforward tale of love, betrayal, and redemption. The tale is engaging and well-written. You feel a variety of emotions for the characters because of their likeability and their backstories. Even if the plot is predictable, I enjoy predictable love stories because they make me happy on the inside.

Just the Feel Good Book I Needed
Although predictable, I loved the story of Jenna and Kyle and their journey back to find love. Both of these characters were so well written and I found myself rooting for them the whole way through

Clean Romance
I enjoyed reading this story about a single mom who has reached rock bottom when her home is in foreclosure. Her ex boyfriend is the buyer. They have feelings for each other yet. Will they have their HEA?

In love with his least favorite person in his world?
January Cove, an idyllic spot on the coast of Georgia. And a perfect book to start the new year! Now available for free, no less!It wasn’t just a high school fling. Jenna Davis always knew Kyle Parker was the one for her. He was a part of her soul, etched into the tiny crevices of her heart forever. But her parents all but forced her to give up Kyle and marry a boy who they felt had a real career path and would take care of her. It was a mistake. She never did love Nick Watson and ended up divorced with a five-year-old child and an ex that wouldn’t even pay child support. And now, the house he had left her with was about to be foreclosed upon. She and Kaitlyn would be homeless! When Kyle reappears in her life, she is probably his least favorite person in his world. But one part of him still wants to swoop her into his arms and kiss her like she’s never been kissed before while the other part wants to pick her up and throw her into the ocean for leaving him.He has the power to save her and pretty little Kaitlyn, but she shattered his heart once and the pieces have never fit back together. Can he trust she won’t do that again? This is just a simple story of love, betrayal, and redemption. It is well-written, and well worth a one or two-night read.

Book 1 January Cove : "The One For Me" shows true love wins
I enjoyed the characters in this book: Jenna, her daughter Kaitlyn and Kyle (the love of her life). Jenna is a single mother whose house is about to be foreclosed. The foreclosure brings her face to face with Kyle, whose heart she broke years ago. This story has dispare, uncertainty and finally a true understanding of love. A nice ending.

Good
Kyle and Jenna were teenage soulmates until her parents spilt them up. They didn't approve of Kyle because his mom was a single mother and they didn't have money. Jenna's parents pushed her to date a guy in college who was going to be a doctor. So one day she came home and told Kyle that after 5 years it was over. It broke Kyles heart and it hurt Jenna to leave him standing in his driveway and drive away. The man she did marry to please her mother abused and cheated on her. He told her it was her fault that he cheated. They had a little daughter but when they finally got divorced he wouldn't give her the child support he was suppose to pay. The house they lived in was put in her name and when she couldn't pay the mortgage payments for months the house went into foreclosure. Her ex-boyfriend bought it in foreclosure but didn't know it was her because she used her intials and her married name. So when he came to tell her she had to leave by tomorrow they be both got a shock. Her and her daughter didn't have anywhere to go so he gave her a week instead of making her leave. She couldn't find anything so he suggested they move in with him. He fell in love with her daughter but was afraid of Jenna leaving him again till her best friend who lived next door where she use to leave gave Kyle letters Jenna had written to him all these years but never mailed.

This is a OK book
Spoilers warningWell I liked Kyle he is sweet caring and was patiently waiting 5 plus years to marry Jenna so they would be there firsts loves .But Jennas mum was a evil controlling cow she made her dump loving Kyle in the most horrifying way.Why do you ask because his mum was a strong widow raising 5 kids alone but her mum made out that it was unseamly to be a single mummy. It made me so mad then in comes Nick after 2 weeks he gets her drunk and forces himself on her knowing fall well she was waiting fur her wedding night god I hated him.I just don't get why she married someone who would violate her in a way as she waited 5 years for Kyle. Then after marrying Nick she took his abuse his Cheating his cruelty even after having a innocent child to protect.Even after telling her mum that Nick was abusing her she told her to stay that's plain sick for her mum but I think she got her karma plus her dad didn't stick up to her and he got his karma too.Kyle is an amazing man and so is his brothers I hope his younger brother is going to be OK plus there mum after her working too hard ill.Thank you Rachel for writting this series and your other one s there all good reads the ones I've read.

not for me
Not for the reader who likes getting into a good page turner I tried different parts of this book but found it too immature and rushed It could have said girl returns home and same day lives happy ever after with old boyfriend in one chapter I,ll not be reading the rest of the brothers stories

Predictable
Read it, but did not enjoy it. Have never read a book that was so predictable. I liked the main male character but did not like the main female character. I found the whole book just so 'cheesy'. Sorry.

Sickly sweet second chance romance
I didn't like this book at all, I found Jenna extremely annoying, she's supposed to be a 30 something mother of a 5 yr old but acts and thinks like a teenager not to mention she comes across as being weak and a bit pathetic and Kyle isn't much better. I found myself wanting to smack some sense into them throughout the entire book. It was also a bit too sickly sweet for me, I won't continue reading the rest of the books in the series.

Required taste
Bit predictable and repetitive sentences. There's only so many times that you can read who each person is. May be to others taste but sorry not mine.
