Very bad quality control
The fan is so unbalanced it made my computer hop off the shelf and fell 6 feet. That is just insane. Do not buy this brand.

Bad fans. Literally buy anything else.
Out of two fans one was terribly balanced and the other flat out stopped working. Less than one month of use each. Dont risk buying these. What a waste of money.
