I have brought 2 of these camera's easy to install and setup. You need to think about how to set up schedules and whats reported, triggers alarms and records video.WiFi is actually very good and seems to get through even when the WiFi signal strength is low.Batteries seem to be holding up well after several weeks of use.Charging will be a bit of a Faff and will require either removing the camera for charging or a long USB cable.NoteBrought both when they were on offer, so pick your time to buy.All in all, good solid bits of kit so far. Also they only work on 2.4 Ghz band and you will need your WiFi password for setting up

The media could not be loaded.  The video above/below (I don't know where it'll end up going) is the most exciting thing that has happened today, the postie walked by (nothing for me 😢). It also produces a zoomed in photo of the potential intruder.First up it was a good price, I got an offer on it but I was going to buy it anyway. It has a bunch of settings, especially around notifications. You can choose like me to receive a notification every time the motion sensor is triggered. Or you can receive none and just scroll through the list of 'events' on whatever day you fancy. Everything is stored on the SD card built into it, once it's full it goes back to your earliest recordings and overwrites them. Downloading a video you want to keep, share, whatever is easy, it's just one button which is appropriately labelled 'download'.The night vision is excellent too, although people are a bit less well defined on terms of detail.Mounting it is so easy, it's two holes drilled in the outside wall and then just use all the screws and plugs provided with the camera. I would have done it myself, however my mobility is at a bit of a low ebb right now. I got quoted a low price from a local guy who came and did it in 5 minutes. He couldn't believe how easy it was and halved the price!Everything is connected by WiFi so you can stick it up and forget about it until the battery runs low which is once in a blue moon from what I've gathered. I placed mine next to a window so I can press the pairing button if it disconnects, which it never has so far or remove it for charging.We've had some horrible weather up here, below freezing, snow, storms and the rest. It is a trooper and has breezed through without a scratch.

The camera is a fantastic piece of kit. You couldn't ask for an easier way to add CCTV to your home. Charge it up, a couple of screws to attach the mount wherever you like and you're done.I'm sterching the motion detection to its limits a bit as the camera is mounted just under my gutters but it still works well enough to cover the whole front garden.Still evaluating the battery life but the app allows you to customise things like video length, time between motion activation triggers, sensitivity, etc. So you're in control of how fast you want the battery to drain really.The app works really well, detection zones, schedules, etc. I have a few cameras and it's easy to manage them all from my phone or tablet.I had to contact Eufy recently and their customer service team were super helpful and really quick to respond. An update was even pushed out to fix a bug with one of the devices over the weekend!

It's a decent camera for its price point. Extremely easy to install. The picture quality is good and very little between 1080p and 4k on the newer model. Would recommend purchasing if looking for a wireless CCTV setup.

I initially purchased the “mini-hub” Eufy, which comes with the Doorbell but is limited in scalability to two additional devices (e.g. doorbell and two cameras). However as I have been suitably impressed by the quality and ease of use of this system, I was pleased to find that I could extend my system further (without investing in a HomeBase hub) by adding this standalone device. The only thing to bear in mind is that the WiFi from this standalone device needs to extend directly to your router rather than to the Eufy mini-hub, so this may be more restrictive depending on the strength of your router WiFi. I noticed various comments about the unreliability/inconsistency of the alerts. Initially I agreed and was about to return the device – but then I realized the default setting was for Optimal Battery Life (which uses less battery power); when I switched this to Optimal Surveillance (which will use more battery power), the alerts seemed to work every time. It is odd that Eufy have this as the default setting without any caveat for this behaviour.

This is a great camera. The battery lasts ages, the picture quality is great and it works with Google so you can voice activate any Google screen or Chromecast. Motion detection can be set to human only so you can reduce your notifications. Also has a siren that can be activated and a press to talk function. Almost infinitely adjustable to suit your needs. Just make sure your WiFi signal is strong enough (I use a mesh system) and you will likely need more than 10meg broadband.

This camera was reasonably easy to install after a couple of attempts that had to be repeated. The picture quality is very good but unfortunately my cat still triggers the sensor when he crosses the path

No hay forma humana de configurar la cámara a través de la app. No se conecta al wifi y ni en la app ni en los manuales ni en las opciones de ayuda dan más explicaciones de qué puede estar yendo mal. Sin duda a devolver si sigo sin poder solucionar la incidencia.Edito: 31/08/2021Edito el comentario y cambio la puntuación para informar que, tras contactar por correo electrónico con soporte, por fin se pudo solucionar la incidencia de configuración y ahora y hasta donde tengo visto, la cámara funciona correctamente. Seguimiento fácil e intuitivo a través del móvil gracias a la app. ¡Justo lo que necesitaba!

Fonctionne parfaitement, je ne comprends pas les autres commentaires ! La qualité d'image est très bonne. J'attends de voir pour l'autonomie.
