Original I was very displeased with the order. It started off with receiving just a headboard. After contacting the seller, they informed me the frame was actually inside the headboard! The costumer service was very promt and they were very professional with handling my problem.The frame: is very stylish and slick looking; and I couldn't be happier.The assembly: the bolts we're not identified so I had to sort and count what was what; overall not much hassle. Putting it together was relatively simple, I did take my time and was careful not to fully tighten all the parts until everything was peiced together.The quality: the quality is a on the cheaper side of the scale (minus the frame trim), and honestly it was suspected to be with it being more fashionable. I would recommend a flat bedboard to go with this instead of the wooden slats it comes with or to lay over them.I give this a solid 4*, it's good for the price if you're looking for some design but on a budget. Do take your time with the assembly and don't fully tighten any of the bolts until the frame is all peiced together is what I recommend.

Absolutely love this and wish it came in another color option! I'd buy another for another room in my house. I love that it fits UNDER the window sills which makes rearranging the furniture much more flexible in a small room. (10x12) Putting together wasn't that bad, but its better with two people and no cats "helping". My teenage son says he loves it, transformed his bedroom from his little boy twin XL to a queen while he was away for the weekend.

This bed frame is perfect! All of the pieces came in the package, the package came neatly, it took about an hour to assemble. My husband put it together and had no problems whatsoever. If you’re looking for a tall bed frame, this one wouldn’t be the right one for you as it does give the demensions in the product information. It is a very low bed frame but that’s what my husband and i were looking for. This frame came on time and everything. Would definitely recommend ordering! and get the Zinus memory foam mattress to go with it. We got everything in queen.

Great frame. Looks good, pretty low profile. Doesn't look cheesy.- Arrived on time, although a few minor tears to the box, because the product was so well packed inside, absolutely no damage to anything inside.- All pieces and parts were there, no extras, nothing missing, nothing broken. :)- If you read and follow the instructions (OMG - imagine this...) it's not difficult to assemble.- Working alone, I did the entire thing in 1.5 hours. If I'd had a helper (even a 5 year old kid) to put bits and pieces together and to help hold things, it could have been quite a bit faster, but still - not bad for working solo.- The frame seems pretty low to the ground, even with a thick mattress. Since I read the description, I anticipated this and purchased bed risers to alleviate the feeling of sleeping low to the ground - something some might desire, but I do not.- Already had the first "test run" for action, and no issues, no complaints.- BONUS - I was actually able to get this shipped to Hawaii with PRIME - something most places weren't willing to do. Bravo!

I gave 5 stars based on price vs quality. When first opened I was skeptical but once put together this frame was solid. If you ensure the middle leg is always straight and doesn't get tilted from movement you wont have any problems. Either the negative reviewers didn't follow the instructions when they put it together or tried to move the bed with too much weight which caused the leg to bend.

This is a very nice bed for a cheap price. The instructions were easy to follow except for the orientation of the side and middle rails, so I built those upside down, but reversing them was easy enough. The only complaint about the design is that it is a bit low profile. I don't know why I assumed it would be taller, but it was somewhat low. Otherwise, this is a fine choice for a quick and easy bed to purchase and set up quickly.Full disclosure, I recieved this bed damaged with a puncture in the headboard right in the middle of the large swath of faux leather. I contacted the seller with photographs of the damage and a willingness to work with them and they were more than generous in resolving the problem quickly.

Put this together by myself in just a few hrs I am 67 yrs female who knows how to read and use tools, sorting all the screws and washers was the Hardest part LOL I did not realize it is so low to ground so I ordered some longer legs and had to add length to the metal legs..However they luckily have drilled holes in the bottom so I can add 9" wooden legs to the 5 metal legs support under/side of the bed. I found 14" legs for the corners that screwed into the predrilled holes for the original plastic legs. Just need to paint the 6 legs that are exposed.. Haven't finished putting metal support or the slats on yet, but the frame is very sturdy as it sits right now. For the price the construction surprised me with all the metal screws and extra metal support legs and beams..I think when I am done modifying it It will be perfect for me.I have been using one of the metal platforms for just my mattress, can't get a box spring up the stairs and don't need it any way so this will look nicer and add a little extra to my room Thank you !

I have slept on this bed for more than a month. It was pretty easy to assemble the bed and it seemed sturdy at the beginning. It has a decent look too.The problem is, however, the leg in the middle tilting into one direction, stops supporting the weight of the mattress and myself. The small pad attached to the end of the leg does nothing but helping it going tilted. Also, it is actually a very fragile design by having two parts of the backbone connected by this little leg instead of having a single strong backbone supporting the weight of everything.My back starts to hurt before I notice this problem. Now it's 4:30 am and I can't sleep on the bed, feeling very disappointed writing this review.
