It was good quality but didn't come with instructions I can't get the home button that came with it to work I've watched several YouTube videos and I know it's hooked in correctly I'm sending it to a professional to have the home button properly installed other than that the screen is good and does work but they really should include detailed instructions because I'm feeling like I'm missing something I've installed a thousand screens and do all my tablet and phone repair myself and this is the first time I've ever encountered a problem like this

I would suggest doing this with another person, which is how we did it. Followed the video and it really did work!

Took all apart. I was very careful put all back together and it didn’t work.

Had this installed in less than 30 minutes. Nice kit, good tools. I elected not to try to remove/reinstall the fingerprint reader from my old 6G screen - too risky - and the button that comes with the screen is solid. Works perfectly with Apple Pencil.Confession: I've replaced an iPad screen before, so I knew that the ribbon cables have blue plastic coverings that must be removed, that the screen has protective plastics front and back; the front protector is easy to see, the back protector easy to miss.Nice product; would buy it again. My trusty 6th-gen iPad lives on to fight another day...

The product works as expected. Came with all the tools needed for a quick and efficient repair. The glue on the screen could be a little stronger, but that might also be user error for not doing a thorough enough job of cleaning and preparing the metal frame. Would buy again.
