It arrived fast, came fully charged, is not cheaply made, and is very easy to use. I will buy from them again.

Not only was the pen a piece of crap, but the seller was extremely difficult to work with and very rude. I don't recommend him or his product to anyone I'm still out $26.

The problem is that the inner threads which allow you to screw in the cartridge, is just a hair too big in circumference. This results in your cartridge almost getting tight but then it slips back to being completely loose again. I tried 10 Vape cartridges and on just two of them was I able to screw in completely tight. The other eight we’re just tighten up to a point and then jump the threads. For those couple of cartridges that tighten down firmly, the draw on the cartridge is quite smooth and allows big hits. Also, I like the triangular shape so it will not roll away when you’re not looking. There are some videos online to remedy this situation but because this particular thread location is recessed inside of the pen, you cannot repair it. You can, if you have the patience, cut a tiny little bit of aluminum foil and wrap it around the threads of your cartridge. This helped one of the other cartridges screw down tight enough to use. I don’t know if this problem is across the board with all of their batteries, or maybe I just got a lemon. It is frustrating though, as you can buy batteries for 5 dollars that don’t have this problem.

Was preparing for a wish quality but was surprised. I am still unsure how to properly use the quartz attachment at the time of writing this. But other wise it is absolutely amazing as a pen 10/10 would recommend to a buddy great deal for two amazing functions.

There is no way to clean this piece. It's a limited use product.

Can't even pull any air through it. Very bad design I would say.
