Rhythm Clocks "Harmony of Love II" Magic Motion Clock

I saw this clock at Epcot in Japan but didn't buy it because I didn't know how I would transport it back on the flight. I was thrilled to find the same clock at a better price here on amazon! The clock is beautiful. So much so that the picture doesn't do it justice (usually it's the opposite). I love the two crystals, one in the castle and one in the coach both of which are not very clearly shown in the picture. The clock itself is easy to use and has a sensor so that it doesn't chime when it's dark. You can set it to play any of three types of music including Christmas music (cycles through about 6 different Christmas songs) for the holidays and you can also adjust the volume. This clock can be very loud so it's great to have volume control. Of course you can also turn off the hourly music if you don't want it.Also it was very well packaged and I received it quickly with no damage.

This clock is beautiful & love how you can switch to three different settings of melodies. The sound is very nice & looks beautiful on display! Can’t wait to give this to my mother for Mother’s Day!

Nice looking clock, with a great sound. I have had this clock for about 3 weeks now, so this reveiw is based on my short experience with it.Pros:Looks really beautiful. A lot of detail went into the design.Sounds great. On the loudest volume setting I can hear it on the other end of the house.Many different song choices that it can play at the top of the hour.Big enought that it can be a centerpiece on a wall.Kids and adults love the moving princess carriage and the chime at the top of the hour.Automatically turns off the sound during the night.Cons:Made almost entirely out of plastic. Yes from a distance, it looks like real wood and glass, but it is not. I am afraid if it falls from the wall it will definitely break.The price is rather steep. Being made of plastic you would expect this clock to cost less than $100.If it is somewhat dark in the house during the daytime, the clock will not play a chime at the top of the hour.Final Thoughts:This clock is definitely very beautiful and you will receive a lot of compliments about it. The movement of the clock and the music it plays is also very delightful and entertaining. However, it is also rather expensive for something made from plastic and I am not quite sure how long it will last. If it cost about half as much or gave you the option to simply select which hours you would like the music to sound off, I would have given it 5 stars. If you are looking for a beautiful princess themed timepiece for your house and you can afford it, then this may be what you are looking for.

Beautiful clock, very clear tones, nice songs!

This clock is great & is reasonably priced. The clock has no wood frame, but is beautifully molded. The clock plays music on the hour, sounds wonderfully like bell music & has an adjustable volume. It has a light sensor to keep it from playing at night & also a switch to silence the clock all the time. However, with the beautiful music this clock makes I don't think anyone would want to silence it all the time.The pendulum has 3 figures & swings from side to side. There is also a large swarovski crystal mounted in the design. The clock has large numbers that can be easily read.If you want a Rhythm clock but don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on one, I highly recommend this clock.

It wouldn’t play tunes unless you pushed the button. Tunes wouldn’t play on the hour like it supposed to do and I tried 2 different clocks. Had to return both of them

We received it just in time to ring in the New Year of 2013. We love it, most especially our 4 year old daughter. There are many lovely songs and also a set of Christmas tunes. There is a button at the bottom of the clock that will play music whenever it is pressed...and the volume is adjustable.The only concern I had was if the music would be a bother every hour on the hour during the sleeping hours...and it is not, as there is a light sensor. It does not play music when the room is dimly lit.It has been a wonderful addition to our home and its happy mojo.
