HappycallDiamond 9 Inch Frying Wok

Fantastic Wok. Great heat distribution. I have had no problem with hotspots in the pan. It cooks perfectly. It has a nice heft to it and has the feel of a very well made product. I almost bought a similar pan from Germany in Hong Kong for over $300. I'm glad I waited.

For everything like Pan fry, deep fry, wok etc .Non sticking, cook well, not too heavy..Wonderful pans. Thank you!!

I do changed cooking pan every 6 months, hopefully this will last longer. I use it for few weeks now, so far so good! Easy to clean and non stick at all. Love it.

The 11.8-inch wok I received was not round; it was a little oval on one side. My glass lid could not fit in. I have to use rubber hammer to correct it. Now it fit my lid perfectly. The wok was made of Aluminum it looks rigid but it is very soft. It was very easy to correct the bent rim with rubber hammer. Also, the screw of the handle was loose out. Not happy with this delivery. They could have used the bubble wrap for better packing. I have been using Happycall for years. Every one or two years I need a new one to replace the worn-out. I love the product because it is not Teflon coating but I am not happy with the way they did the packing.

I didn’t use it as much as the 2 and 3 quart, because those two are light weight, this is heavier compared with those two. So far I am happy about it.

This is my second one, the last one use for one year and now start sticking food when you cooking.

I love the Happycall but it arrived kneaded.In fact, the 2 I bought, I received kneadedSo bad for a spectacular brand

The shipping box is not damaged and the pan does not have any scartaches.But this pan has a very funny shape :( How does this happen?
