This came as described. It is not a heavy duty pan but it is durable enough for cooking over an open fire. I like that I can hang it from a rack when not in use.I treated mine as I do my cast iron- cleaned as seasoned when it came in.

Beautiful pan but unpolished and there were some molten drops on the pan that make it unusable because tge surface is not smooth.It now hands in my kitchen like a piece of art though. Pity as if wanted to cook with it.
