After buying a pair of BirdDogs I was looking for something comparable at a lower cost, I found these shorts and gave them a shot. The pattern is almost identical to that of BirdDogs, I bought 4 colors and so far have received the Black and the Grey/Heather Grey. I personally do not like the Grey, the fabric is thin, wrinkles easily and is almost see through and I do not recommend that color.The black pair I received seems to be a thicker/better quality fabric than the grey, still not as good as BDs but for half the price I am willing to make some compromises.

I love these shorts. They are the incredibly comfortable. I wear them around the house all the time. I would love to wear them out but the front pockets were made for children. They might hold a hot wheels car each. My iPhone sticks out and falls out every time I sit down. Please make the pockets deeper, man size deep.

Had purchases (2) pair of Birddogs and absolutely loved them, but these are half the price and almost identical. I have already recommended these to too many friends to count, but suggest anyone give them a try!I currently own: USA Flag, Navy Heather, Navy Topo, Mint, Black/Grey, Khaki, Miami Breeze and Grey Heather. Still am going to pick up the Chiefs here before too long! Great product!

I think that the material is more comfortable than the bird dogs. I have only had these for a little while so I don't know their longevity. But so far, they are really nice

Very comfortable short, inside liner is nice. I wish the liner was a bit tighter but it’s not a deal breaker at this price. Very reasonably priced too. Oddly these are a bit looser than the all black pair even though the sizes are the same. Customer service was great and tried to fix the issue, but I believe this short just fits a little less tight in the crotch area than the black pair and that is a good thing!

I’m now up to five pairs of these shorts! They’re very comfortable, both the liner and outer material feels great. I personally like the 8” length which suits me really well, it’s a nice balance between short but not too short. I’ve wore them to run and lift in (mostly general training but also some olympic lifts) and have held up nicely. Having two zipper pockets is a great benefit with one being horizontal and one vertical. The price is really hard to argue against for the quality of the shorts, for the price of some name brands you can get two pairs.So far the only thing I’d like different in these shorts in liner colors. Some pairs like black and gray could work to have different liner options. Out of of my 5 pairs only 1 doesn’t have a light grey liner. Again that’s personal preference and doesn’t take away from the performance or quality of the shorts, nor will it stop me for buying more of these shorts.

These are the best gym shorts ever! Worn and washed multiple times a week and have held up great. They are comfortable and fit true to size. Now own in multiple colors.

I bought these about a year ago when I grew tired of Birddog prices. They’re just as good except for one fatal flaw. The side pockets are MUCH smaller. I constantly have to worry about my iPhone 13 falling out of them and when sitting, don’t even think about your phone staying in them. Besides that, great shorts.
