I know it says to use regularly but is this something that should be used on alternative days?

I’d say every 3/4 days, that’s what I do with my daughter

What are the ingredients in these products?

Perfect way of getting your kids to brush teeth properly.

What flavour are these? Do they contain any mint or menthol as my son hates mint.

My kids said they don't taste very nice, definitely not a mint or menthol flavour
