Everything Is Horrible and Wonderful: A Tragicomic Memoir of Genius, Heroin, Love and Loss

I was introduced to Harris Wittels through Comedy Bang Bang and the first time I heard him I knew he was something special. His comedy was the sort of comedy that really clicked for me. So when I heard the intro to the Farts and Procreation 4 episode about his passing I was devastated. So when I heard this was coming out I knew I had to get it.This book certainly lived up to its tragicomic label. I laughed and cried whilst reading this book. Stephanie has a wonderful way of writing that really conveys powerful emotions. We all go through loss and often it is difficult to put in to words how you feel but this book does an outstanding job.I don't really know what to say more than I have without delving deeper in to my own reasons this resonated with me which I don't particularly want to do.If you don't know who Harris Wittels is then this book is still fantastic for it's content. If you are a fan of Harris it is a must read.
