For the price it’s brilliant. Really tasty but very sweet (strawberry/white chocolate. Only for those with a big sweet tooth like myself

I use this and PhD lean whey on a regular basis. Latter is usually cheaper but has less protein per standard scoop (17g versus 24g in the VOW). On it's own the very sweet taste is a little sickly but not enough to be a blocker. I have one shake a day, and I use a scoop of each. Result: ~40g of protein with a decent taste.

So I'm not a regular user of protein supplement shakes, but figure it might help a bit with my exercise.The bag is quite compact and resealable. You get a 30g scoop and the instructions say to mix it with 300ml of water for one serving.It mixed well and is a runny white liquid when prepared. It does kind of taste vanilla ice cream like, but as its not cold its hard to relate to it that way.Its sweet, but not overly so. I'm not a big fan of really sweet stuff and I found it OK.In summary, I'm quite happy to use this for a good protein boost

I like it because it’s very tasty and dissolve very well. Also, easy to digest. I recommend it.

I tend to use unflavoured pure whey powder as I mix additional ingredients and so can alter the flavour to taste. This is a nice tasting whey powder, but would prefer without the addition of sucrose as I find it adds unnecessary sweetness. The other main requirement for me in a powder is mixability and this mixes fine with no lumps so easy to use and easy to clean bottle after. Comes in a resealable pouch with a decent protein amount per serving.
