I originally got a more expensive charger that was a lot faster. That charger broke so I changed gears and found this charger, a great price, and good reviews.I am super happy with the charger. It charges my laptop really fast and also feels like it's good quality.I have no complaints about the charger. It comes with a cable velcro wrap that is a good length and holds the wire together nicely. the USBC tip part that goes into the laptop seems very sturdy.I'd say that the charger is a 10/10

I purchased this charger for my work laptop. This was half the cost of other chargers and I should have known that you get what you pay for. The very first time I plugged it in, I noticed that it was hot. I’m talking, so hot that I thought it would catch something on fire. I unplugged it and didn’t use it for a few days. The next time I tried to use it, it would not charge my laptop. I tried different outlets and power strips and it did not work. I had the original charger for my laptop but the cord had exposed wires so I knew it wouldn’t last much longer. I continued to use the original charger for a couple weeks until it stopped working. I had already been sent a replacement charger from my employer but decided to try this one, one last time and it worked. It didn’t get hot and it was charging my laptop.I’ve been using it for 2 weeks. Today, I am working and get a low battery alert and I checked everything and it wasn’t charging again. As I was getting ready to use the replacement charger, my laptop shut down due to a low battery. I lost ALL the work I was working on. I should have returned this after the very first day when it overheated. Now it’s too late since it’s been 5 weeks and I’ve lost around 2 days of work. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought and immediately noticed it made my laptop slow and the screen flickery while charging. Tried different outlets and different devices and all had the same issue. Contacted seller and they offered either a refund or a replacement and I requested a replacement. Replacement worked well but after about 4 months stopped charging. Don't recommend if you want a reliable charger.

The charger will charge Microsoft laptops with great speed! I have one more as Back up in case I loose one :)

This cord works exactly as what I needed it for. It’s compatible with my TouchPad laptop and just the same length as the one that came with it. It provides perfect power and doesn’t get too hot. Quality charger. Great price.

I had to purchase after my fell charger got stepped on my my son and broke. 😂 this one works perfectly! I made sure to check the original Dell charger and specs on this one to make sure I got the correct one. I would recommend you purchase if you need a replacement.

edited review:Originally, bought this product in January 2023. Product remained in one spot from January until early May, when I decided to move it to another location in the house. When I plugged it in, laptop or phone wouldn't charge. Because of the malfunction wrote a 1 star review, but seller immediately reached out and without me even requesting another one or going through any hassles of asking for a replacement or providing any other proof, seller shipped out a brand new charger. Writing this review with laptop charging with the replacement. Given the amazing quick response from the seller, upgrading review. Hopefully this charger will last.
