Worked perfectly!
After damaging the original fob, we were able to easily program this to the car and it works perfectly. The instructions are a bit lacking so I'd recommend looking for better instructions online before attempting to program.

Great customer service!
The product came when it was supposed to, but it lacked the directions for programming. I contacted the seller, and Brian from Customer Service emailed me right away. It seems the manufacturer sometimes includes directions in the packaging and sometimes doesn't. Right away Brian sent me the instruction booklet and asked that I let him know if we need further help. Now everything is working the way it should. And SoundsGreatUSA ONLINE has a new fan!

Does not work
I was sent instructions that were for a different remote. Could not program. Took to professional installer. He could not program, and told me it was wrong remote.

It didn't work took it to a professional Installer and he couldn't get it to pair with the same identical Remote numberFollowed instructions and still it didn't work.

Wrong directions in packaging
The directions in the package are wrong. Use the directions I posted in the photo, it only takes a few minutes to connect new remote. I have done this for 2 new remotes on my truck already.

Fob would not pair with my system called the helpline they couldn’t help, the only advise they had was ohh wait they didn’t have any.
