Works well for shoulder physical therapy
My physical therefore uses this brand and this exact ball in her practice. I bought one to use at home for shoulder strengthing. It works well and I’m going to buy another one of a different weight.

I have tendonitis and this ball was recommended to me to use in my strengthening exercises, it has small ripples to make it easier to hang on to and is cushy enough that it helps with my grip. I use it daily and it just lays in my living room for me to grab when ever I am watching TV to do my exercises.
