I looked through so many options and decided on this one and so happy I did. It's perfect. It looks great, heavy duty and expensive. I didn't need a different adapter as some reviews mentioned. Everything I needed was included.

I needed a sink faucet quickly because my previous one broke unexpectedly. I ordered and it was delivered overnight. The looks are amazing, the black matte is so nice and doesn’t get water stains or fingerprints on it which is awesome. Functionally it is a higher pressure than my previous faucet which is really great for cleaning the sink and rinsing dishes! The spray function really helps with this! Everything I needed was included and the seller emailed and offered additional pieces including an extra rubber washer filter and a removal tool to change and clean it. Installation was a breeze and everything was in and connected within 15 minutes! It fit perfectly in the previously cut hole in the countertop and has a great height for all needs! Highly recommend!

Installation was easy and the faucet looks nice, bur after installation I noticed that hot was to the right and cold to the left. They are selling into the North American market and should follow the convention here.It is not a problem EXCEPT that they have ecthed C and H into the face of the faucet handle. I swapped the hoses no problem, but cannot changed the etched letters. The listing pictures show hot to the left and cold to the right. Moreover, the front of the valve handle in the listing does not show the etched letters. If it was something I could scrape off that woud be okay, but I cannot. I would be happier if they sent me a valve handle with no letters on it.

Received the faucet, it looks amazing and was easy to install in my RV. Contacted customer service due to needing an adapter and they sent the adapter. They sent follow on emails to ensure they were received and ensure proper fitment. 100% recommend this product

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this to replace my broken (and very expensive) kitchen faucet. I’m on a budget and didn’t want to spend upwards of $200. I was skeptical because of the price, but the reviews convinced me. I’ve seen & used similar faucets while visiting people and they frequently have some serious design flaws and a much higher price tag. The 3 biggest flaws I have seen with similar faucets are as follows: 1. Others feel cheap & less weighty/durable. 2. Because of issue 1, when the sprayer is inadvertently knocked out of its cubby while in use, it’s like an out of control garden hose & the water literally goes anywhere & everywhere! Huge mess. 3. The cubby is not made to fit the hose well & frequently pop out randomly while in use. Again, huge mess.HOWEVER, THIS FAUCET has none of the aforementioned problems & I have been using it for 2/3 months now. The sprayer stays stays in place, both while in or out of its cubby while in use. It does not flail about while soaking anything and everything around you.Although it does not pull out (in length) much, I think that is part of the better than others design. I think it would otherwise eventually wear down the hose material and cause problems I mentioned above. The entire unit also swivels easily to compensate for this.Lastly, the installation is so easy that a child could do it. Took maybe 10 minutes TOPS & that’s including double checking that it was secure. It’s shockingly easy!I HIGHLY recommend this!

Le robinet est très beau et semble robuste (cela fait un mois qu'on l'a installé). Le jet est assez puissant, le couleur est très belle.Le seul problème pour moi, c'est que le bec est trop bas, trop proche de l'évier. C'est un peu gênant quand on veut remplir un verre et encore pire une bouteille d'eau. Même quand on fait la vaisselle, nos mains touchent sans cesse le bec et doit tourner le robinet pur le mettre sur le côté, avant de le remettre pour rincer. Le fit qu'on ait un seul bac rend la chose un peu agaçant.

the faucet is well built and easy to install, unfortunately we needed extra hardware for the install on our camper where the fittings that come with the faucet did not match our trailers plumbing. we have only had it for a month or so and the pleasure is still strong and a great improvement I do recommend this product.
