i like the service of amazon, but some product i ordered for amazon they disappoint me and that time i feel amazon is worst. now i believe amazon is good.

The media could not be loaded.  The tuner worm pinion of very poor quality i always keep the guitar tune also i fitting number 10-47 light guage string. Yes pinion wear off at some point of time, but in this case the gear sheared never experience this kind of damage.

One of the pegs came loose when I tried to tune my guitar. The gear inside was broken. Very low quality gear.

The media could not be loaded.  I had there installed on the guitar I bought. First of all they have only one screw which makes it loose fitting on the neck. Second the inner built is very fragile and will mostly break. 4 out of 6 broke. I replaced one with a similar one, but this being diecast is too costly. Get normal ones if you wanna focus on playing rather than showoff. Go for it only if you want it for the looks.

Poor build and material. Not durable at all.
