I fully expected this to not make a difference, but it's turned out to be a life-saver. One of my cats has usually smelly BMs AND I'm changing her food right now, so the litter box area has been noticeably smelly lately. But I got this odor eliminator and now don't smell the litter box at all! For context, I have it inside of a litter box enclosure/furniture piece + scoop once a day and it's performing really well. The only con was that it took a long time to get a full charge initially, but hopefully that means it lasts a while before needing the plug it in.

I followed the directions that came with the product, but I have seen no difference in the smell of the litter. I’m not sure this product works.

My husband was against having a cat due to having to have a "stinky litter box"We, husband included, ended up falling in love with a cat or friend was looking to re-home and the kids begged to bring him home. We came home with a cat and so began my search for anything that would help cut down on the smell. This device does its job extremely well, Even when the kids forget to empty the box as quickly as they should. Didnt have it on for a week and the difference was definitely noticable

This does the job, the only complaints I have are; it doesn't stay charged long enough and the little sticky things are not strong enough. They should give you more than two sticky things. I have charged this for at least a day and it will only stay charged for a day. I thought it was suppose to stay charged longer than that. I have had to use super glue to keep the sticky things attached to the litter box.

I have been trying to find a solution to the dusty smell and actual dust in the air plus the nasty cat urine smell (non clunking litter means urine stink as the gel silica absorbs it). Besides buying a litter box cabinet and switching back to clumping litter and sprinkling a deodorizer on top the dust was still a problem (and yes even a hint or urine)… i bought two of these charged them as soon as they arrived and placed them both inside the litter box cabinet (which has an open side at all times of course for kitty to come in and out)Normally I’d come home from a days work and smell dust and pee from across the house.This completely has eliminated that! I can lay on the couch being less than 3 feet away from the litter box and not smell a thing!!I am so thankful! So thankful! I was starting to feel resentment that I could t enjoy a clean good smelling house no matter how much i scooped. The dust also wasn’t helping my asthma.100% recommended!Also, to those negative reviews about it making a steady high pitch south after a while. Simply turn it off and blow really hard into the small holes (close your eyes) this is dust making the tiny round openings more narrow as it accumulates so it acts like a little flute/ piccolo instrument creating a whistling sound. Just blow the dust out, wipe clean with hands or just a try towel (i wouldn’t use water) and turn it back on and the sound is gone!

This has stopped working and never worked very well to keep the odor smell completely away.

Since getting our cat I've been at war with the litter box smell. Losing the battle daily. I'd wake to that box smell. Come home from work to the smell. Driving me crazy. Getting this has changed it all. Get 2 that way while one charges the other takes it's place. My house smells clean now. I can have people over again lol. USB charging so no batteries, it comes with an extra mount in case one fails. It's quiet. The light isn't to bright, and made really well. Right out the box it worked for 5 days then needed a charge. My litter box is in my kids bathroom so it's a standard small size area. Nothing fancy. I can't comment on big spaces but for me it's perfect. Highly recommended...

I decided to get this for my bedroom. I have three cats and three ferrets. I have the ferret cage and a litter box in my room. The smell at times was overwhelming. After setting this up, there is no smell. I decided to take a chance after seeing negative reviews and an Amazon banner that said “frequently returned item.” I’m so, so glad that I bought it. I charge it about once per week. It takes less than two hours to reach a full charge. I usually let it charge while doing litter box and cage maintenance, and then go about my business, and put it back in place when I come back to my room. It hasn’t really been an issue for me with a small amount of forethought.

I don't find it really takes much smell away

I really like these I have about 5, I place them in my rabbit hutchs and we have noticed a major difference, also like that they are rechargeable.
