This item has been so helpful even for my critter. For us, they have been and are very helpful to get powdered meds in my dog.Great for any powdered medicines to administer.

Exactly as described.The capsules are easy to open and one side is much shorter than the other, so it's easy to re-assemble them together.I transfer the contents of my prescription medication into these since my body dissolves these gelatin capsules much easier than the shellac capsules that come with my meds.Highly recommend.

These capsules are great. They are easy to open and close and don't stick together in the bag. I use them to give medicine to my cat.

That's all. All the larger quantities came in bigger Amazon packaging with no damage. Get the 500, 100 isn't worth it.

Good product, easy to fill, does not split

What I really liked about the gel capsules is how easy to open and they snap closed tightly. My 7 year oldpug has to be given medication 3 times daily. That's 7 pills daily. We no longer struggle and have to keep findingways to hide the pills in food. I got a pill plunger, put all the pills into the gel capsules (even the pills already in capsules), this takes away some of the smell & taste. Then suction some water into the plunger to help the dogswallow. Then snap the pill end until the water clears from the tip. Then insert a pill and plunge it into the dogs throat. He spit most out at first until I added the water (which forces the dog to swallow rather than spit the pill out). Our lives are so much easier now that I've been using the gel capsules. I hate when pills start to dissolve before I can swallow them and was hoping my Zinc tablet would fit inside these, but they do not. I suppose that if I really wanted to, I could crush them and place the powder in the capsules, but I'll just suffer the momentary taste of the Zinc.
