Is this made in the USA?

Yes, all of our products are hand made in Lake Ozark, MO. Thank you for asking Heidi Sallquist National Leash Company

Can you help find your other available colors? my family has purchased several from your in the past “pre-covid”

Hello and thank you for the inquiry. To find additional colors and sizes type in National Leash Company in the search bar. You'll get mostly our products but Amazon throws in other sellers products. If you are still having problems locating our items please let us know. Thank you

If my dogs neck measures at 19” should I go with medium or large

I'd go with the medium. My dog has an 18" neck and she isn't even close to going to a large. These collars are supposed to be somewhat snug. If you have too much play in the cords they tend to hang and can loosen up. If for some reason you aren't comfortable with the fit we can exchange the size asap. Thank you.

Is this a break away collar? If so, can it be easily put back together and reused?

This is not a break away collar. Its ajustable only.
