I have been a runner my whole life and former soccer player when I was younger. I have pulled many hamstrings over the years and used many thigh compression sleeves before for recovery and injury prevention. The only one that I ever got any relief from was the old Tensor neoprene sleeves but it kept slipping and over time stretched out and didn't provide much support anymore. These sleeves are so much better! Excellent material, breathable, comfortable, great fit, true to the size chart for me, large/X-long. Comes with 2 sleeves one for each leg. High quality material and fit. I love the little rubber bumps on the inside that hold the sleeve up. I have used them for running and all other physical activities for injury prevention now that I am 40 and they feel great! I highly recommend, in fact I'm thinking of getting a 2nd pair as backup just in case they ever stop making them. Trust me, they are awesome! I also have a Bauerfeind knee brace which is also the best thing ever, highly recommend this company's products.

I completely tore (i.e. no longer attached) my right rectus femorus muscle (one of the four quad muscles) and my doctor advised that surgical repair was not recommended. Along with physical therapy, he told me to wear a compression sleeve so I purchased this one. The sleeve is enabling me to continue to play ice hockey despite the ruptured muscle. The muscle is healing in place but will never re-attach. My Bauerfeid sleeves are literally keeping me in the sport that I love and I am very grateful that they are available. They are nothing like what you would find at Walgreens or CVS. These are high grade, breathable but firm compression sleeves. There is nothing better in my opinion.

I just received this today, put it on and my hamstring quit hurting. However, it was too tight at the knee but the upper part was fine. I tried leaving it on even though it was very uncomfortable and then it started cutting off the circulation at the knee.I'm sad this didn't work because I've tried other sleeves and this is the first one that stopped the hamstring from hurting but I can't keep it because it cut off circulation at the knee

Where as every other thigh sleeve I've tried is all elastic and doesn't have enough compression, this one is made out of a more robust fabric that gives me good compression. I've used it for weeks now and it hasn't lost its shape a bit. I also love the choice of lengths, as all others have been too short. This one is just right in an extra long.

This is a great product stayed in place while doing a 13 mile mountain run. Highly recommend I had a deep thigh bruise

It made a difference. They have help a lot. Use them daily to work and running.After an 8 hour shift though they tend to slide down which will require couple times a day to reposition them in order to be effective.Overall though I like these sleeves compare to the one that you have to strap them your thighs.

Size, fit and shape not accurate.

The compressor for well. Snug not too tight. The rubber sticky things did it's job of preventing the compressor from slipping down. Wore it two times while playing soccer and didn't roll down and the pressure was just right on the things. The material did not create any discomfort or any other issue .Hopefully this will still be the case in a few months of wear.
