Softness and giftable bt only one thing that is stitching and eyes

Ordered 7feet but the one I received is not even 6feet
My height is 5 ft 11in and I order 7 feet. As shown in the photos I uploaded, the quality is not that good, the stitching is very badly done. Disappointed!
