7/30/16I have always had digestive problems as a result of poor eating habits over the years. About a year ago I had severe health problems with my digestive track. I have since tried to eat healthier, but regularity has still been a problem. I have tried several different things trying to combat this ailment. After reading about Triphala and how it is different than other cleansers. It is suppose to remove toxins and undigested waste in your system instead of causing bulk elimination. Although the directions said to take two capsules daily, I started out taking one capsule at night. The next morning I have complete elimination. I haven't had any cramps or bloating which is great. After about a week I plan to increase my dosage to two capsules at night. I am more than please with this product and will order again after completing this bottle.I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. I only buy products that I want or need and only after checking the reviews of people who have already purchased. I will only order a product that has a 4 or 5 star review, so the product has to be pretty good before I purchase. I like that it is made from fruits and doesn't have a lot of drugs added. It says to take it twice a day with a meal, but I only take it once and it seems to work fine. It seems to have helped with my digestion, which seems to have slowed down as I am getting older. After these are gone, I will more than likely buy some more and from the same company.
