The dosage is very, very, very strong.
I bought this stuff. I like Swanson products. I normally take 4 pills of the common 5mg pills a day which is below the maximum recommended dose. I made a mistake and took 4 - 750mg pills for a 3000mg dose instead of my normal 20 mg dose. Passed out at work, rushed to the emergency room. THREW UP RED BECAUSE THE PILLS ARE RED Spent 5 hrs. there, almost had a heart attack, missed a day of work! ONE PILL IS ABOVE THE DOSAGE RECOMMENDED BY THE EXPERTS.
