The bracelet is pretty, I ordered small which was exactly right for me. I wear it all the time, even sleeping. There are intermittent occasions where I experience some pain in either hand, sometimes both (thumbs), but I no longer wear the thumb immobilization devices I needed to work as a cashier. I don't know if it is working because I "believe" it works, or if it truly does some sort of magic for arthritis...just grateful it works. I put 4 stars because while it fits perfectly (?), sometimes while wearing it non-stop, especially at night, the bracelet slides "up" my arm until it stops...leaving an imprint in my skin (sort of like a rubber band would do if it were too tight - it's not as BAD as what the rubber band does, just gets "stuck" further up my arm than I would like. I don't expect there is anything that can be done about it, other than remove it during sleep, but it has worked so well, I sort of think putting up with the occasional red mark (that goes away!) is worth it.

This was one of their cheaper bracelets .. we’re I to do it again I would spend more to get a decent one., the cheap one is not easily manipulated, not much ease if ‘putting on ‘ your wrist.. very ridged.. the more expensive ones sort of flow which is much easier to work with

I only trust Sabina magnetic jewelry. Learned of this company years ago when I was golfing. I bought the medium and has a nice bracelet fit. Just note, that for you to make this bracelet smaller, you have to remove links. You can’t just remove a clasp link.

i was a bit skeptical to buy this bracelet as i wasn't sure it would alleviate my elbow tendinitis. i do think it has been helping! i had to take it off at one point for a doc appt and forgot to put it back on. as the aching came back, i realized i had forgotten to put the bracelet back on. it is attractive looking, and i have had no complaints with the clasp. i don't take it on and off though, i even sleep and shower in it.

Very pretty and i love the fact it will help my sore wrist feel better. Its my second bracelet of this brand and i love it!

The price is a bit much but worth it! I never takenit off.

This is the third Sabona magnet bracelet that I have bought. I like it the best. It's dainty and dressy. I have a small wrist and the size small is perfect. The magnets work great too.

I bought one for my friend and she and I loved it. So I had to get one for myself. Is it real (diamonds) ? I say yes!! If looks like it!!
