Frankincense and Myrrh 2 ounces Frankincese cleanses and purifies while Myrrh prepares the student to be able to receive Spiritual Teachings. Sort of perpares the soil so the seeds have the opportunity to take hold. The rest is up to the student to imbibe the teachings or not.

Large bag for reasonable price, but there's a lot of dirt in the bag. You end up needing to sift through the dirt to get the actual incense, which is sometimes in such large pieces that it needs to be broken down.
