I've been wanting a device like this for some time, but a lot of the versions I looked at were either ugly, expensive, or didn't have the timer settings I wanted on them. This specific diffuser caught my attention because it has a nice look to it, timer settings that let the user choose how long it runs instead of just running until the water is out, plus it has a built in light, all for a great price. This diffuser works quite nicely. It's quiet, has two different light functions (either full light or a dimmer light), and several timer settings. It has a light stream of mist that comes out of it, making it so I don't have to worry about the surrounding items becoming wet. It's very light-weight, yet sturdy, and I couldn't see it causing any damage to the surface it's sitting on.I give this device 4 stars because the directions are a bit hard to understand because of some weird broken English styles sentences, and mine came either ajar or missing a step to explain how to put in the inside plastic piece. Because of not realizing right away that the center piece wasn't lined up, it leaked pretty badly the first use. I finally figured out how to set it up properly, and have had better luck since then. I like to use lavender essential oil in mine before bed.

**** Updated review *****This worked great in my small space office until it didn't. It only lasted about 2 months and just stopped working one day and I have not been able to get it working again. I drained it and tried the troubleshooting in the instructions and it still won't work. I have the box and everything but the time has run out on exchanging so I'm stuck with junk. I guess at least it was cheap so I have a little comfort feeding it to the waste lands.I love this little guy ! I ordered it specifically to put in my office which is pretty small. I like putting a few drops of lavender or lemongrass oil in it and it. It's small so the scent only stays in my office which is even better actually because then it won't bother anyone else, just in case they don't like happiness. I would recommend it for sure and might buy another for my bathroom at home.

Pretty useful. Great settings for lighting and useful timing. Be careful of certain scents sticking or staining the plastic. Mine forever has a hint of peppermint that won't leave despite cleaning multiple times.
